In this workshop you can learn about the essentials of JavaScript. Jakob will cover the inner workings of JavaScript and will help you understand how functions and their scopes work. You will learn to understand closures and where to use them in a sane way. Finally Jakob will provide in-depth explanations of the prototype based object orientation in JavaScript, so that you once are prefectly prepared to program JavaScript in an object oriented way.
